Aria village apartments are charging me $7000. for flooring. They claim a dog did all of it. I called them about 2 months after moving in to let them know that water was piling up on the patio and that we were walking in water. They sent someone out to add downspout. Helped a little! My apartment building over 3 years has had numerous rodents (rats, raccoons, squirrels) living in its walls, ceiling and floor. We hear them scratching, and clawing and fighting and whining on a weekly basis.

I have audio recordings from being woken up in the night to the sound of what I thought was people breaking into my apartment. Once they get removed finally, the counter measures (if any) last maybe a month. When it rains a massive miniature pond forms in front of the building covering all of the parking spots, and then into the front “yard” causing mud and foliage to spread. The puddle can get to about a FOOT deep, causing people to not be able to enter their cars or Apartments without trouble.

Then it sits there due to the horrendously poor design of the drainage system, for days until it turns to wet mud, which breeds non other than thousands of mosquitoes right outside the doors of our homes. We have to pick up our dog and run just to walk him. I’ve called many times, but to no avail.

I’ve resorted to using a loaned snow shovel to remove the mud and shovel it elsewhere, only to have it happen again and again. To top off this complaint my rent never ceases to stop raising no matter how many complaints, and the ever rising disease ridden rodents and bugs that call this place home with us.

Issue at my apartment

When i moved in the apartment was in very poor condition, like they just did something to get out of the way, one lady at the office has been trying to help me but the desicion come from above her. One is the carpet has many pint stains and black spots they clean it 3 times already and is not clean they told me if i want the carpet change i have to pay $200 more a month, why should i pay for something it was here before me and wasnt taking care of. Then the cabinets doors i was told they will change then all this has been going on since July 20,2019.

I’ve informed my local office in regards to my refrigerator since June it’s makes an extremely loud noise every thirty minutes often waking me up out my sleep I sent a video down to the office of the loud noise still no issue has been resolved!!!!! But if I was to pay my rent or if I was loud outside they would respond expeditiously!!!! I’m trying to get my appliance replaced before it gets worse than all my food would be spoiled due to the refrigerator not working completely I have enclosed one of my many videos.

I am not the average renter for this location. When I state that this property is run down with numerous dangerous area's that need to be addressed I am not exaggerating in any way what so ever. A quick sale of my home was to hard to pass up. With that being said I had to move and move quick. Huntersville Apartments is the only complex that could accommodate that thirty day window. Builders as they are need another year. Never would I have signed another year's lease if I knew that Valerie was going to be transferred to another property. Since Valerie has been at this property she has addressed many issues that were very unsafe for the residents. Today I found out that she is being transferred to another property. Please, give me a break..you talk about an uneducated decision and poor management this tops them all. How does a management company move a competent employee to another property when she has been the only one to accomplish anything. I want to give West dale the benefit of the doubt but how could anybody be such an imbecile in upper management. Look at the numbers and the reviews to know that this property is on the up and up. So their solution is to transfer the individual that is finally changing the way renters feel about this property. Nobody can expect Valerie to be here forever, that is a no brainier. But come on management use your heads. It's no wonder you only have one star. Does any one of you have pride in your job?

Why is Comcast Infinity not a choice at Oakley Run

I live at 809 Cobb Xing SE in Smyrna, GA. I’ve lived here for going on (3) years now and I’d like to know why Comcast Xfinity is not a choice for this property. We are stuck with AT&T or Spectrum.
