Refused to renew lease, stopped me from leasing another apartment

Unsanitary living conditions/rising rent cost
My apartment building over 3 years has had numerous rodents (rats, raccoons, squirrels) living in its walls, ceiling and floor. We hear them scratching, and clawing and fighting and whining on a weekly basis.
I have audio recordings from being woken up in the night to the sound of what I thought was people breaking into my apartment. Once they get removed finally, the counter measures (if any) last maybe a month. When it rains a massive miniature pond forms in front of the building covering all of the parking spots, and then into the front “yard” causing mud and foliage to spread. The puddle can get to about a FOOT deep, causing people to not be able to enter their cars or Apartments without trouble.
Then it sits there due to the horrendously poor design of the drainage system, for days until it turns to wet mud, which breeds non other than thousands of mosquitoes right outside the doors of our homes. We have to pick up our dog and run just to walk him. I’ve called many times, but to no avail.
I’ve resorted to using a loaned snow shovel to remove the mud and shovel it elsewhere, only to have it happen again and again. To top off this complaint my rent never ceases to stop raising no matter how many complaints, and the ever rising disease ridden rodents and bugs that call this place home with us.

Since I have made a review I shave had soo many prank calls from *** hole people who suppose to be from the management company Westdale. It is sad and ridiculous that we try to update other people by our experience and *** HOLE people like these prank callers are taking advantage of it!
